Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.
Each week there is a list of top tens that you have to write about!
This week's list is:
Top Ten Books I Would Love To See As A Movie/TV Show!
This list is actually harder than you think because almost everything is being turned into movies/TV shows!
1. The Gallagher Girls by Ally Carter: Holy crap what an amazing series. I think this would be awesome as a TV shows. Teenage girl spies. It's a total win for everyone!
2. The Iron Fey by Julie Kagawa: PLEASE make this into a movie series. Her other books have been optioned including the series that hasn't even been published yet! Why not this series?!
3. The Selection by Kierra Cass: Just because I know I'd be glued to the TV if this was an actual reality show!
4. Matt Archer: Monster Hunter by Kendra C. Highley: MONSTER HUNTER! Need I say more?
5. Delirium by Lauren Oliver: LOVE this book! It would make a great movie.
6. Harry Potter Series by J. K. Rowling: Uh, Harry Potter TV show! Harry Potter: Where are they now?
7. A Prayer for Owen Meany by John Irving: I know there was a movie LOOSELY based on this book, but I want the actual movie. This was one of my all time favorite reads in school.
8. The Princess Diaries by Meg Cabot: The CORRECT sequels, where she stay with Michael and they live happily ever after and she says no to running the kingdom and instates a democracy. Though, Chris Pine..hmmm.....
9. Megan Meade's Guide to the McGowan Boys by Kate Brian: There's always needed to be a sequel to this. Let's make it a TV Series sequel!
10. Any of Sarah Dessen's books. Seriously, that chick is talented!
I picked The Selection and Delirium! I know they both would be great to watch!

I definitely wish there was a Gallagher Girls series! Iron Fey made my runner-up list! Great list. Thanks for sharing. Here are my picks http://wp.me/pzUn5-1F9
ReplyDeleteOh nice! Never read Meg's most famous series. So they didn't do the movies right? Shocking. (Not! So hard to read sarcasm in comments! ;) )
ReplyDeleteI agree about Julie's Iron Fey series! And it's killing me not knowing what her new series is about yet when they've already optioned movie rights! Really?! I hope she announces it soon! Dying for more of her books!
Here's my Tuesday post
Have a GREAT day!
